mypassword.oldscollege.ca is a webpage you can use to unlock, reset, and change your password to your Olds College email, Moodle, campus computer login, and Olds College secure wifi.
Change my Password
You can use these instructions to change your password if you want to change it or if your password has expired.
Step 1: Go to mypassword.oldscollege.ca
Step 2: Click on 'Change my Password'
Step 3: Enter your student ID number as your username (Staff username will be the first letter of your first name and your full last name ex.James Smith = jsmith)
Step 4: Enter your current password
Step 5: You will then be prompted to create a new password. Please ensure it is 8 characters long with at least 1 number. You will need to enter the new password twice, just to confirm it.
Step 6: Click 'Submit'
Keep in Mind: If you have not changed your password for your Olds College accounts, please go to the 'Student Login First Time' tab above
Keep in Mind: If you enter your password wrong 3 times it will lock your account for 30 minutes - You must wait this 30 minutes before you can unlock your account

Step 3: Enter your student ID number as your username (Staff username will be the first letter of your first name and your full last name ex.James Smith = jsmith)

Step 5: You can now set up or change your security questions
Keep in Mind: The answer to your security questions cannot have a word from the question in it. (ex. What is your favorite food? - you answer cannot be "Food")
Step 6: Click 'Submit' when you are done

To access your Olds College account for the first time you must change your password from the initial temporary one.

Step 3: The username will be your Student ID number, with all the zeroes (e.g 000123456)
Step 4: The default password is PWMMDDYY, where MMDDYY is your birthdate (e.g. PW012090 for January 20, 1990)
Step 5: Click login
Step 6: It will now ask you to fill out security questions for future management.
Keep in Mind: your security question answer cannot be apart of the question. Example: Your favorite food cannot be food.
Step 7: Hit submit
Step 8: Choose a new password, it must be a minimum of 8 characters long
Keep in Mind: If you fail putting in the password correctly three times it will lock you out of the system for 30 minutes
Step 1: Go to any of the Olds College campus computers
Step 2: Turn it on and hit the enter button to access the login screen
Step 3: The username will be your Student ID number, with all the zeroes (e.g 000123456)

When searching the library catalog you can place items on hold from the Olds College library and libraries who belong to the NEOS library consortium. You require your library barcode and pin in order to place items on Hold. You can also renew items online via NEOS.

My Olds College is the portal where you can pay your tuition and fees, view your timetable and final grades, and update your personal information. Please follow these steps to get logged into your My Olds College.
How to Access MyOC
Step 1: Open your internet browser
Step 2: Go to the Olds College home page, on the top right hand side click on 'Sign In' or go to https://my.oldscollege.ca/PROD/twbkwbis.P_WWWLogin
Step 1: Enter your student ID number as your User ID include all the zeros (e.g. 000111234)
Step 2: Enter your My Olds College PIN (this information is provided on the Early or Full Admission letter you received in the mail or the pin your created)
Keep in Mind: Your MyOC password is not connected/the same as your Olds College Email, Moodle or Campus Computer login.
Step 3: Click on 'Login'
Step 4: If you are not able to access your account after 2-3 tries please click on the 'Forgot FIN?' button
Keep in Mind: After the fourth (4) unsuccessful try, your account will be disabled - please fill out the below "Need Assistance?" form for assistance
Login to MyOC
Step 1: Open your internet browser

Step 4: Enter your My Olds College PIN (this information is provided on the Early or Full Admission letter you received in the mail or the pin your created)

Step 1: Click on 'Menu'
Step 2: Click on 'My Transactions'
Step 3: Click on 'T2202A Form Year'
Step 4: Choose the year you require from the drop down
Step 5: Click the green action button
Step 6: Choose 'Print T2202A'
